I’ve used a simple to do lacy border on this one too. That’s unusual for me as I tend to opt for simple styles, but I really felt this design lent itself to something more.
I expect this blanket will spend quite a lot of its life outside so I’ve used Sirdar Hayfield Bonus Dk. It’s a robust yarn that machine washes and tumble dries brilliantly. Perfect for pit stops between adventures!
I used:
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus DK 100g balls
4 x Cream
1 x Rustic Pink
1 x Oyster Pink
1 x Fields of Gold
1 x Oatmeal
1 x Mauve Marl
1 x Silver Mist
1 x Ocean Blue
1 x Lagoon Blue
1 x Pearl Grey
1 x Apple
