The following errors have been noted in the first edition of the book.

Round 3: Step 7

3ch, turn. 2dc in corner space between yarn B and yarn A. 3dc in next space, 3dc, 2ch, 3dc in next corner space. 3dc in next space, 3dc, 1ch in the corner space between yarn A and yarn B, pick up yarn B. You can cut yarn A now, leaving a tail to sew in later.

Round 1: Step 1

Using yarn A, make a slip knot, leaving a 3" (8 cm) tail. Place it on your hook and 3ch. Sl st under both loops of the third chain to form a loop and 3ch. 2dc into loop, 1ch.

Round 2: 3ch, turn. 2dc in the corner space between yarn A and yarn D. Using yarn D, 3dc, 1ch in corner space. Pick up yarn C by pulling a loop through the 1ch. Drop yarn D (do not carry it under your stitches). Using yarn C, 3dc in corner space, 3dc, 1ch in next corner space. Pick up yarn B by pulling a loop through the 1ch. Drop yarn C. Using yarn B, 3dc in corner space, 3dc, 1ch in next corner space. Pick up yarn A by pulling a loop through the 1ch. Drop yarn B. Using yarn A, 3dc in corner space, 3dc, 1ch in next corner space. Sl st under both loops of the third chain of starting 3ch to join.

Round 3: 3ch, turn. 2dc in the corner space between yarn A and yarn D. Using yarn A, 3dc in the next space, 3dc, 1ch in corner space. Pick up yarn B by pulling a loop through the 1ch. Drop yarn A (do not carry it under your stitches). Using yarn B, 3dc in the corner space, 3dc in the next space, 3dc, 1ch in the corner space. Pick up yarn C by pulling a loop through the 1ch. Drop yarn B. Using yarn C, 3dc in the corner space, 3dc in the next space, 3dc, 1ch in corner space. Pick up yarn D by pulling a loop through the 1ch. Drop yarn C. Using yarn D, 3dc in the corner space, 3dc in the next space, 3dc, 1ch in corner space. Sl st under both loops of the third chain of starting 3ch to join.

Fasten off and weave in all ends.
