Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within the timescales stated on our website. During busy periods, product launches, sales events or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Services

Orders are shipped using the delivery service selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size and destination of your order.

The delivery charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside of the UK.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and not from the date the order is placed.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Madebyanita cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived after 14 days from dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We may need to allow sufficient time for the carrier to investigate a missing parcel before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged items where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Digital Products

Digital crochet patterns and other digital downloads are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges.

Access to digital products is normally provided immediately after payment has been completed.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both physical and digital products, digital items may be delivered separately from physical goods.
