Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel an order. This may happen if:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Where a digital product is made available for immediate download, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may end once the download has begun.

All crochet patterns, digital downloads, photographs, graphics, logos, text, tutorials and other content on this website belong to Madebyanita and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a crochet pattern or digital download, you are purchasing a licence for personal use only. You are not purchasing the copyright.

Where a kit contains commercially produced yarns, slight variations in colour may occur between dye lots.

If a yarn shade becomes discontinued or unavailable, Madebyanita reserves the right to substitute it with the closest available alternative of comparable quality and value.
