Love Letters To Autumn
I’m so excited to share that I have designed a new Crochet Along with Stylecraft!
It’s called Love Letters to Autumn and has been inspired by my life in the English countryside.
Autumn has always been my favourite season, and this design is inspired by everything that makes it so special. Since moving to the countryside last year, I’ve found myself paying even more attention to the changing landscape around me, and I wanted to capture this feeling in a blanket.
The Crochet Along begins with simple stitches and techniques before gradually building in complexity as the weeks progress. New techniques are introduced along the way, but help is always there if you need it. There will be videos to accompany the written pattern, starting with how to read a crochet pattern, and additional tutorials for the new stitches and techniques as they appear.
Whether you're relatively new to crochet or have years of experience, there is plenty of variety to enjoy, with a mixture of textures, colourwork, and traditional crochet techniques.
A Getting Ready document will be available from 25th August, giving you plenty of time to choose your colours, gather your yarn, and prepare for the start of the Crochet Along on 1st September. The pattern will be free and released in weekly parts to download on the Stylecraft website.

Original - a classic Stylecraft Special DK favourite in rich autumn shades
Misty Moors — a more muted palette in Special DK
Naturals - Pure Wool — a brand new Stylecraft yarn, showcased in this special design
