The Trellis Blanket - Getting Ready
Just Two Weeks to Go: The Trellis Blanket is Nearly Here
With just two weeks until the release of my new pattern, The Trellis Blanket, I thought you might like a few details. Here is everything you need to know if you would like to make the blanket and get ready for release day.
This pattern is based on the granny square and made up of 16 identical blocks. It is a great project for warmer months, since each square is a mini project in itself. The blanket is finished with a deep Moss stitch border that includes some interesting and effective corner detail. It took a bit of working out, but it is very simple to do once you get going.
Blanket Details
My blanket measures 120cm x 120cm, but it’s easily adaptable to make other sizes by adding more or fewer squares. The pattern gives exact yarn quantities for each square so you can work out what you need if you’re making it bigger. The border will work on ANY size without need ing to make any changes to it.
Release Information
The pattern will be available at 9am on 5th June 2025 in my shop, Etsy and on Ravelry. I’ll post all the links here on release day. There will be separate UK and US terms versions.
You can add to your Ravely queue here:

You can, of course, use any colours and brand of yarn you like. The pattern will work with any weight of yarn as well, just use the recommended hook size for your chosen yarn.
The pattern has my usual step by step instructions with photos and there is also an accompanying video to guide you stitch by stitch.
